Brett Robertson, JD
Director

Brett Robertson has served as a director since June 2021. Since February 2020, she has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Vineti, Inc., a software-as-a-service platform for personalized therapies, such as cell and gene therapies and personalized cancer vaccines. Previously, Brett was Chief Executive Officer of CureSeq, Inc, a company that develops and markets molecular diagnostics tests for lung cancer from August 2016 to January 2019. From 2010 to 2016, Brett was Chief Business Officer and General Counsel of Invuity, Inc. (IPO 2015), which was then acquired by Stryker Corporation (NYSE: SYK); and from 2008 until 2018, she was a venture partner at Leavitt Covington Ventures, LLC, where she represented investors on multiple boards of directors to strategize and implement growth initiatives, including evaluating potential mergers and acquisitions and strategic alliances. Prior to that, Brett held several leadership roles, including as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of StubHub, Inc. from 2006 to 2007; Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Ask Jeeves, Inc. from 2002 to 2005; Vice President Strategic Development and General Counsel of Critical Path from 1999 to 2001; and General Counsel of Broderbund Software from 1993 to 1998.

Since September 2016, Brett has been a member of the advisory board of AtlasMedx, Inc., a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company advancing targeted therapeutics that modulate anti-tumor pathways. She holds a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from the University of California at Berkeley and a JD from the University of Virginia Law School.
